Customers bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of all data provided to BOCTECH. If any information is incorrect and results in shipment failure, delivery delay, or customs denial, BOCTECH shall not be held liable nor offer any compensation under such circumstances.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. Should such a situation arise, BOCTECH will not accept the affected order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to treat, not a confirmed offer for sale. A binding contract is formed only upon the supply of goods.

Due to high demand or supply constraints, BOCTECH may need to limit the quantity of products available for purchase. BOCTECH reserves the right to modify available purchase quantities at any time, even after an order has been placed.

Both parties agree that once an order has been dispatched, transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics carrier. At that stage, full ownership of the product(s) transfers to the buyer, and all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by contacting our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Returns policy shall apply.

Shipping times displayed on BOCTECH represent the estimated time for packages to leave our facilities. Since actual delivery may be affected by numerous events beyond BOCTECH’s control once the package is in transit, we strongly recommend that customers order well in advance of any special occasion or event (e.g., birthdays). BOCTECH shall not be held liable for late deliveries; nevertheless, we will work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

For reliable delivery and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance during checkout. If a shipped package encounters a delivery issue, BOCTECH will send a replacement free of charge. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a refund option.

Any order that does not include shipping insurance shall not be the responsibility of BOCTECH; the customer assumes full liability for the package throughout the shipping process.

BOCTECH provides information via website banners and newsletters regarding shipping delays due to peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) and encourages customers to order in advance. Consequently, BOCTECH cannot be held responsible if a customer does not receive an order in time for Christmas.

Occasionally, BOCTECH may confirm an order but subsequently learn that it cannot supply the ordered product. In such an event, BOCTECH will contact the customer and offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase cost in full.

We strive to make delivery as simple as possible, and we can ship to a home or workplace address. We can deliver to PO Boxes via all shipping methods except expedited shipping, as signatures are required upon delivery. Express shipments can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday). For major holidays such as Christmas and the Chinese Lunar New Year, please allow additional delivery time. During these periods, we will post notices reflecting possible delays.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. BOCTECH cannot modify a shipping address once a package has been shipped, and BOCTECH is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

BOCTECH cannot be held responsible for any package that fails to clear local customs or is destroyed because the item is illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. BOCTECH also assumes no responsibility for any import taxes, duties, or fees; customers are solely liable for such charges. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover customs‑related issues, including but not limited to destruction or confiscation due to illegality in the destination country.

If the buyer refuses a package because of import duties or taxes, the buyer assumes full liability for all costs involved in the process.

All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping carriers are considered delivered. BOCTECH shall not be held liable for non‑delivery in such cases.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address provided by the customer was correct, BOCTECH shall not be liable if the package is returned to us.

We ship exactly what the customer orders. BOCTECH cannot be held liable if a customer receives the wrong item due to an error in the order placement.

All non‑receipt claims must be reported within three (3) months from the shipment date. For Latin America, this deadline is extended to four (4) months for postal deliveries (flat rate, priority, and standard shipping). All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within three (3) months from the shipment date. After this period, BOCTECH will no longer be able to investigate, and no compensation will be offered. This policy does not apply to expedited shipments shown as “delivered” on the carrier’s tracking website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) upon receipt, you may return the items to us within 45 days for a refund. Once the returned goods arrive, the refund process will take approximately five (5) working days. The exact duration depends on the payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card issuer). Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and manufacturer‑provided documents intact.

You must first contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

The money‑back guarantee does not apply to volume/wholesale or customized orders.

Shipping costs for returning items to BOCTECH are borne by the customer. Generally, we cannot refund postal fees.

Any product returned and found not to be defective may be refunded within the timeframe stated above. Goods that have been tampered with by the customer will not be replaced and will be returned at the customer’s own expense.

By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to BOCTECH. BOCTECH is not responsible for and has no knowledge of any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may be incurred. Such fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by BOCTECH.

Discounted or end‑of‑line products may only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be issued for such items.

We make every effort to ensure that orders arrive in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products you ordered, please contact us immediately. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us without delay.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include import taxes, customs duties, or similar charges. If your package is examined and deemed taxable by your local customs authority, payment of such fees is the buyer’s sole responsibility.

Unacceptable behavior directed at Customer Service staff or BOCTECH includes, but is not limited to:

• Persistently making habitually demanding or vexatious complaints after the matter has been fully addressed, or repeating complaints despite reasonable and fair solutions offered in accordance with our policies.
• Asking, expecting, or demanding staff to breach established company policy (e.g., refund amounts, timelines, special compensation) or seeking an unrealistic outcome beyond the scope of our policies.
• Repeatedly changing the nature or focus of a complaint or the desired outcome after a formal response has been provided.
• An excessive number of complaints relative to total purchase value history.

In response to such behavior, complainants may be advised and formally notified that:

• Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening, and wholly unacceptable.
• They must refrain from using such language, intimidation, or threats.
• No further correspondence on the matter will be exchanged if such behavior persists.

BOCTECH reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer without further notice.
